If payment cannot be processed, the order will not be confirmed until a valid payment is completed.

Your chosen payment method will be charged immediately at checkout.

06 — Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing time for refunds varies depending on your bank or payment provider — typically 3–10 business daysafter approval.

Once payment has been processed, orders enter immediate fulfillment processing and can no longer be modified. Statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers remain unaffected and are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
